Matsuhisa Restaurant: Not new but still one of the hottest reservations in town. And it’s probably fair to say this is the very best link in the entire Nobu Matsuhisa chain, thanks to chef Phillip Tanaka, who has clearly absorbed everything the master could possibly teach. But, wait, how is it actually possible to get such exquisite sushi in the mountains? Don't think about it.
